Airtel Postpaid
Charging Extra money

Hi,

I am using airtel postpaid hcl cooperate sim, plan 249 (no: 09940641532), me activated the caller tune but more than one month it is not there, but they are charging for it. And i am getting extra bill for value added service more than 250 rupies, monthly charges is 348 but my plan is 249 only.
