Airtel Post Paid
Non refund of Deposit Amount

Dear Sir, I have paid deposit amount Rs. 500/- for airtel connection no. 9840258879 (AC ID: 103-100644470) while converting from prepaid to postpaid during July vide ICICI Bank, Cheque no. 212438 dt. 15/07. Now i am once again converted this airtel no. to life time prepaid on 08/07. So i am requesting the deposit amount of Rs. 500/- when i was paid for the past 2 months but there is no reliable answer from Airtel Customer Care / Nodal officers. We have made n no of phone call and emails but still they are confusing like anything. So kindly let me where to go for getting my deposit amount from Airtel. Kindy clarify.
