No bill details

Dear Airtel,

My Airtel Number is 9000143067 and Account Number is 104-101458423. I am not satisfied with the service provided by you. You do not send me bill details. Threedays back my bill was Rs.243.60ps and it suddenly increased Rs.592/-. I think there is something wrong in bill calculation. I have not received details of my bill. and you have just sent the amount. Please do the needful so that i can continue my relationship with you.
