NO BILL FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS

Given more than 100 reminders to customer care executives and their seniors for bills/ not received bill for June, July and August till date (24/09)/ made the payment in June month without receiving bill/ gave endless remnders even requested them to send on my maid id/ given the mail id telephonically and send through message as per company procedure/ on (21st Sept to 24th Sept Morning) company closed outgoing calls without intimation/ this time even paid payment without getting any bill/ even company service centres refuse to give the copy of bill/ here I would like to add that I am two years old customer of the company and paid the bills regularly/ how can company can harrash and affect the business of the cusotmer while the number is distributed/ this is totally blackmailing/
