I briefing you the pathetic experience i had with airtel cug post paid disconnection.

As per process suggested by airtel, i have sent a mail to Airtel customer care (Aes. [email protected]) on 06th of June. After several attempts of followup, i have received a mail from them stating that their mail service is not working properly after 20 days (Joke of the Year)..How did a customer care mail id will have a problem?

Subsequently when i followed up for the status, they comeback stating that i need to pay sum amount.when i asked for the detailed bill, every day i come back with different answers from diff people.for eg.one guy has sent, we were not able to open the mail, other person has sent a mail to other customer and other come back with standard mail..still we are looking into it.

this is happening for 35 days..and still my problem is not solved.

FYI.i have paid 1000rs. in excess for a buffer & the day i have left to UK, i had a credit balance & i really dont know how it changed to debit.
