AIRTEL POST PAID CONNECTION, GPRS VS AIRTELLIVE
OVERCHARGING OF BILL

MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9871684000. FROM LAST MONTH I HAVE BEEN USING INTERNET ON MOBILE. I ENQUIRED THE PROCEDURE FOR USING INTERNET AND CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES MISINFORMED THAT AIRTEL LIVE WAS FREE. THEN SUDDENLY SMS OF RS. 7200/-LIABILITY CAME. AIRTEL DOES NOT INFORM CUSTOMERS TO USE GPRS FROM DAY ONE. I HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED AND BILLED FOR RS. 9500/- WHEREAS GPRS WOULD HAVE COSTED RS.499/- I HAVE SENT SEVERAL MESSAGES ON 121airtelindia. SEVERAL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES HAVE RECORDED MY COMPLAINT. I AM WAITING FOR REDRESSAL.
