Non receipt of duplicate SIM

I lost my Cell phone Set - Mobile No. 098764-24742 - till date i have not received my duplicate SIM - i approached local Dealer M/s Ashmita Telecom situated at Moga (Punjab-142001) but they have not given any satisfactorily reply and also not atteded my request

Pl look into this on urgently as you can imagine that without having the Cell phone No. - how consumer can work in day to day life

i would like to inform you that whenever i approached for any quiry or any problem, M/s ashmita telecom did not respond or even unattended and i am not satisfied with the services of m/s ashmita telecom

Pl look into this and solve my probem imdtly
