Overbilling and rude behaviour of staff

Dear Airtel manager of customer care

I am a professional working in top Institution of the country. My OCtober and November bill are overmade. My monthly bill has never crossed 500-600 except when I am roaming. A girl from airtel calls me to know whether I am staisfied with airtel services or not. I tell her that please get me duplicate bills as my address has changed and I am not getting bills. I need the bills for reimbursement. That was probably my biggest mistake as the next bill she sends me is of more than RS 2300 and 2500 SMS have been charged to me. A busy doctor like me who doesnot have time for lunch, I fail to see how I could have sent so many messages. Moreover half the numbers donot exist and every minute messages are there.

I have made repeated requests but to no avail

Right now I want to specifically make complaint against Mr Lakhbeer Singhfrom Chandigarh who is very rude and abusive. I donot know how airtel can have such employees. He rang me up to tell me that last payment I made was 500 rs in Sep. I have proof (receipt form airtell that I paid 1050 in October and 652 two days back

My OCT and NOV bill are overmade and Under no circumstances I am going to pay a fat bill to airtel.

So, please tell your people to be courteous and make aproper bill. I also want to get rid off airtel. You are the worst service provider that is I am going to tell everybody if same kind of behaviour goes on.
