I HAVE AN AIRTEL MOBILE NO:9987245807 FROM 07 06 09 ON 15 06 2009 I MADE RECHARGE OF RS.500 - FROM SARVAJIT WHO I WORKING IN AIRTEL BANDRA WEST NET TO LUCKY HOTEL AS MY PREVIOUS BAL WAS RS.10 PLUS I GOT RS.525 - FROM MY RECHARGE BUT UNFORTUNATELY ON 17 MORNING WHEN i HARDLY USED MY NET FOR AN HOUR MY COMPLETE BALANCE WAS NIL AND EVEN I COULD NOT MAKE AN OUTGOING CALL ON 18 06 09 I COMPLAINT THE CASE TO SARVAJIT WHO SENT THE EMAIL TO MARKETING DEPT AND GAVE ME THE REQUEST NO. 3061820946100 BUT WHEN I ASKED HIM YESTERDAY HE SAID THERE IS NO REPLY FROM FURTHER CONCERN DEPT
