I have been receiving Unwanted Messages from 290603 deducts Rs 3 daily

I am getting daily messages from 290603 which deducts Rs 3 daily from my card.

This has been happening from past 15 days.

I have never subscribed to any of these services.

My tele No is 9004197707.
