This is with reference to my Airtel No.9818972910 wherein before travelling to Bangalore on 15th. December, I had lodged a complaint with the Customer Care that during my earlier visit during November, '08 at Tumkur, I couldnot reach my son's Airtel No.9611733610 throughout my stay at Tumkur for 15 days. During this time, to avoid such a situation I lodged A complaint with Ms. NEHA AT 12-33PM ON 13TH.DECEMBER. Iwas assured that it was a technical fault at Delhi which would be rectified by 15th.morning. Unfortunately this was not so. I am a single lady and feel frustrated at the deteriorating sevices provided by Airtel. All my communications have to be enrouted through my Husband's mobile to my son. EVEN TODAY I HAD TO CALL MY HUSBAND TO PERSUE THE COMPLAINT TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE THROUGH 9810198101 AT DELHI.HE DISCUSSED WITH YOUR MR.RAJESH AT 12-30PM WHERE HE WAS TOLD THAT THE INHERENT PROBLEM WAS WITH AIRTEL & WOULD BE CORRECTED ON 17TH.DECEMBER.Till such time I again have to continue communication with my son at TUMKUR through my husband's mobile 9350874734.THIS IS SHEER NONSENSE & SHALL TAKE THIS MATTER UP WITH THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES.
