Dear Sir/Madam,

It is to inform to you that my balance is unnecessery deducted from my account without any information from the service provider. And on enquiry from customer care they didnot gave me any details about the issue & also didnot pay any attention towards the complaint. So, it is my request to go through the situation & take necessary step against the airtel customer care.
