Dear Sir,

I was a postpaid cutomer of Airtel for last on year. How ever due to some problems i decided to shift to Airtel Prepaid. I submitted the necessary details, documents and my dues to Airtel Relationship Centre. 48 hours was given to me to get my card activated. after 100 hours still card is not working. I have been told to visit again the gallery to get a resolution. Airtel really is a waste of time and money. please stay away from Airtel. Cusotmer service very poor. My emails sent [email protected] not replied after sla time. Complaints logged have been closed with out any proper notice to customer. pathetic service, poor network coverage.
