Hello Customer Care:
i have been using airtel prepaid sevices since three years without any inconvinience, but last month i got a message saying that i have utilized VAS services and a amount of 56 Rs has been deducted from my credit on 16 Sep 2007.
i have registered a complaint against this and got a reference number and this was repeated for almost 6 times and still there is no responce from you people.
I need a response through email or phone with in 48 hours, this is the last time i am requesting for...
The reference ID for launching the complaint is 1031193602. My mobile number 9849578614.
If the request is not resolved, with in said period, will face legal action.
