Deduction of balance without subscribing

My no. 9897777902 my balance is deducted weekly for subscribing bollywood fusion and animation (15 rs per week) but i did not subscribed it and 50 Rs is deducted for downloading games but i did not download it so i want my balance back of 95 Rs and further their should not be such deduction
