I have a prepaid Airtel connection : 9892109518. My mom carries this phone only for safety reasons & barely makes any outgoing calls. However, the Airtel no. is under my name and I have a lifetime connection, & once every 6mnths, would top-up by Rs. 200-Rs.300. However, Airtel deducts Rs.3 everyday, at least 3 times for some VAS download. I do not even have GPRS activated. I spoke with customer service a couple of times and they are not lack product knowledge but are also very rude and impolite. They did not even let me speak to a manager or immediate superior.
Infact, I was so frustrated with their services that I had no other option but to opt for disconnection of services via sms.
Will you please help me to restore my balance and unsubscribe me from any special services whatsoever with immediate effect.
