i am vipin kumar mehta from itarsi mp, i ihave been recharge my prepaid mobile conection recharge on 23-08-09 . and use the mobile net conction on the mobile to pc . i have deactivet my mobile net at last night . and 24-08-09 to on pc and not activeted condition on my mobile to pc net . and aifternoon time to my net conction dis concted and my mobile bal 73 Rs. to nil .28 pase. so what resion my account is balance .28 and my no. not attend to costmer care no. why resion this condition.

my conection is deactivete condition how many resion started net?
