I have old mobile campus plan of Airtel Prepaid and my validity expired on 15th August, to increase the validity i am recharging with Rs.156 in which there is zero talk time and 1 year validity but i am unable to recharge. I have complained several times but there is no response inspite i have talk to senior customer care executive as well, they just say that within 24 hours i will be able to recharge but nothing happens. Infact one customer care executive says that i am complaining first time now what should i do. My no is from Pune Maharashtra and no is 9730765204 .
If anybody can help please help and give me email address of Airtel.
