Deactivation of airtel radio service and requisting for refund lost amount

Dear Sir,

My number is 9994276879 . I have been using your service since 3.5 years. Now i am facing problem

from your sevice airtel radio. i am unable to using customer care . it is not working correctly from my number. yesterday back i lost amount of 40 Rs.(30 10) now i am afraid to recharge amount in my number. so please de-activate airtel service and refund my lost amount.

Once again i request you please send message what action your taken.
