GPRS not activated

Sir, I am using airtel prepaid (9973156686). I was using GPRS from last two years. I recharged with Rs.98 on 16.08.2009 for GPRS services. After recharge I could not use GPRS. I complained to customer care for about 12 times in a month. My sim ditributor also complained several times. Every time they provided a number (12118) and GPRS settings.12118 was not not a valid number. After one month it lapsed. Then I requested to transfer that amount in my main account. They replied that it is not possible. Pl. advise what to do now?
