I am user of airtel friends-1 from last approx 1.5 year. I Have recharged my prepaid with Rs. 58 for reducing call rates on 8-October, its validity ends in on 8-Nov- 2009. it ends on same day, but the problem is that this service is going to start daily deduction of rs 2 per day. so called customer care and told him do deactivate service. He told me to do a SMS to 51619. as per content he told i did it and my friends-1. is deactivated. so called to customer care and tell the story. but he is helpless.
So i request here please Help me...
