i made three isd calls to congo, africa (00243895990693) on 21-11 from my mobile (9793634074).

there was no reply from other side but Rs.18, 10, 18 respectively was deducted from my account.

i want you to clarify me in this regard.

kindly give details if any special offer for isd to congo is there...
