Change of tariff without information

Hi i m kasim, my number is 9892453847.

On 23.11.09 i got a recharge of Rs.50 from airtel, then my call charges was changed to 0.30ps/min earlier it was 0.15ps/min to airtel numbers.

I complained to cust care and they told that they have closed the earlier plan and i had to continue with it for next one year.

I have validity till april, so i want airtel to return my money as soon as possible.
