Airtel Prepaid
Unnecessary deduction in recharge amount

My Airtel prepaid No.os 9894556870, They are deduction Rs.15/- per month for Missed call alert. I have already informed them not to deduct the amount for that because I don't need that service. To day they have deducted another Rs.30/- for friends chat on line without any intimation. This is really very bad from their part. Kindly ask them not to do this kind of unwanted deductions. Ask them to return my money. If they cannot five that amount we want to change phone service from them
