GPRS Deactivation

Dear Sir,

I am suffering from deactivation of Airtel Gprs from last night.

I am sending message to Airtel for deactivate my Gprs from last night but they do not deactvate. When i am calling to customer care of airtel they said sms to 511 I already send sms to 511as GPRSDEACT but they donot accept this sms. They also stopmy customer care service. Iloss my lot of money, the cost is low but they give me a lot of tenssion. My friends also suffering from this problem. I wantmoney back. My no is no is 9975078141
