Please note that I had made a complain for various services for which we have never requested. I would request you to please provide me a written reply with status on who has requested, when and from which no?
I have recd the recorded call was from 9987758360 and I disconnected. Then too the service of radio got activated. I want this deactivated and money refunded
Called up the customer executive and spoke to someone named nitish who was arrogant and he banged the phone on us. Absolutely not professional. Call was made from 022- 28726899 . Call was made on 02 march afternoon. I want you to retrieve tape and update on whether is this behavior acceptable by Bharti Airtel?
Balance deducted is rs 30 for radio service
The complain no for deactivating is 030211253800
The complain no against nitish is 030211253900
The complain no for deactivation for VAS 99 / Hindu devotional pack is 0303065183 made on 03 march
We had called at 2nd march at 1 pm approx.
The executive with whom we launched complaint was nilesh.
Balance deducted again today was 300 /- for VAS 99 and Hindu devotional pack (Dont know whats this?)
This is a Govt corporate card
I want some of the senior executive to revert on this and speak to me personally as well on 98203 99810 - Pratik D Shah and also provide a written explanation.
I believe that the two additional services are been activated by Nitish as a nuisance value to us. Request you to take strict action against the guy and update on reversal of my amount debited from my prepaid card.
The same is been faxed to Airtel on No. : 91 11 4166 6011/12 and hand delivered to Airtel Mumbai office - Lower Parel.
Also note - no additional services to be activated on this no.
