About balance

I feel very difficulties with airtel prepaid connection.my mobile number is 09981234504.I think airtel is the worst company in the field of telecom service.airtel cut 50/rs from my mobile at least five times without any reason.and when we call on121 we cannot get solve of our problem.please solve my problem and if airtel company is honest please return my balance as soon as possible
