dear sir or madam,

i have mobile prepaid connection of airtel.

my mobile no. is 9975213385.

i have lost my cell in kalyan at night 1:30am yesterday (Friday, 26/09.

i have taken this connection on 19th march.

so, please discontinue the number for some time and issue the new sim card for the no. 9975213385.

i have Submitted the Photocopy of Identity is PAN CARD & Address proof is RATION CARD,
