Egarding the prob in my sim card

Hello sir

my mobile number 9600396196 and sim number 9539 0 i have been using this number for past one year. The sim which i use is not functioning properly in any sony handsets. As per the advices from your service center i have duplicated my sim trice but still now i didn't find any solution and i there is no appropriate response form your side

Please resolve this problem for me at the earliest
