Deduction my balance without any call from my site

Here, I am Dr.amiruddin my prepaid mobile no. 9179453045 last five days my balance gone nil without any calling from my no. please do confirm reason, if any just by mistaken please do reversal my balance amount and oblige. I wanted to know customercare but no reply, your customer care service is very bed, whenever we try no one pickup phone after that i have to launched complaint against your bed srvices.
