121 Customer Service worst

Hello,

My name is Sandeep and had called 121 customer care as I was unable to deactivate GPRS from 4 days. My prepaid number is 9860629830. I spoke to an executive at 3.15am on 24/06/08 and he provided me with a Service Request no 42605994260 and informed me that the GPRS will be deactivated within 3 hours. When I called 121 back at 12 pm the same day, Mr Jai informed me that GPRS was deactivated on my number as per the request taken. However it was still active. Then when I called back, another executive says that there was no request number that I had provided and that th enumber was a fake number.

The customer care executive fool the customers providing them with false request numbers. Also Airtel from past 4 days is undergoing upgradation and I am unable to deactivate my GPRS from past 4 days. I am being charged 15/per day for this service and wont be provided with a refund.

Serious action needs to be taken against Airtel prepaid mobile customer care
