I had prepaid lifetime connection from airtel no. 9872253113 in jan for which i paid extra charges but in april suddenly it became inactive saying this no. does not exist after repeated requests and putting complaint here after 1 month it became active but again now it has the same problem that this sim is inactive and no. does not exist on calling at customer care 121 it sounds i have not opted right option . i tried to to talk to executive buy that option does not come. i have quite a large amout in my balance in 9872253113.please do something i am tired of airtel working.
