I troubled with GPRS services last 7 months (This is real factor, last 7 months i m alays send sms to custmer Care Services 121). Company Declaired the GPRS SPeed Provides 115 KBPS . BUT the real factor is GPRS SPeed/Signals r Poor & < 115kbps. Even we all 2 or 3 friends call to the Cust. Care Serivce They not totally answered, Eg.:-1) ur query/ complinte has been resolve within 24hrs/48hrs .2) Kindly send our query to toll free no 121 . 3) ur query is in only 80 words limit .4) we don't understand ur query. 5) Aap aisa kijiye humare technical dept (technical dept is all time 7-24-365) se samprk kare . is se jyda hum kuch nahi kar sakte. Thak Gaya hu mai in answers se. Whats the custmer's benefit :- 1) BSNL Brodband speed 2Mb -5Mb. Rental Charges Rs.250 unlimted brousing. LAN network with best brodband kiT.with charges after uses.

2) And AirTel Provides Rs.450 monthly Package with poor network signals & cutting charges cutting 1'stly.according to the TRI Govt.rule the Cust.care services is 24hrs activated but this is not reallity. AB YEH KITNE MAHINO TAK SAYHNA PADEGA BECAUSE WE LOVE AIRTEL. IS THIS REASONS SUFFICIENT FOR CUSTMER SATISFICATION.
