I made a complain No. 0222116644 on 21/02 that a sum of Rs. 100/- deducted from my balance whereas my blance was 163/- they show my balance is 62/- Rs. I have not availed any services nor activated any services from them on but till date i have not been refunded the same. Again I recharged my phone with Rs. 100/- recharge voucher on 22.02.09 at that time my balance was Rs. 146/- when I tried to call at night the answer was you have not suffieint balance to call. Again i contacted to customer care the answer was not satisfactory. It is requested that refund my above money at the earliest so that In future I can trust your services.
