DELAY IN ISSUE OF DUPLICATE SIM CARD

I have lost my mobile on 3rd of March. I went to Airtel office for issue of duplicate SIM and submitted relevant document required. The authority told me that it will be activated within 3 hours. I have spoken 5 times to custoer care executives they are telling that it has been activated. Today it 8th April. The SIM card is not yet activated.
