Espected sir, i am a prepaid customer of airtel from about 1 year. i bought a sim no 9897907078 in 2007. when address verification was made, then everything was ok. but on 26 january i lost my mobile[nokia 3230] with this sim card. i complained to my nearest police station. then i went to airtel office with the copy of f.i.r. to make block my number. but they refused to close my number. they says this number is not issued on my identity. so please let me know what to do. thank you.
