Dear Sir/Mam,

I am the one of your reliable customers of your network/Service Provider. I am having a prepaid connection of your network Airtel. Due to some reasons i have been lost my sim. Its been passed over 15 days. The Mob no of my lost sim is-9897903941.

So here by, You are requested to re-issue a new sim within a week to make me comfortable with that connection.

Kindly do the needful ASAP.Waiting for your earliest reply.
