I got Airtel Prepaid connection from an authorised vendor in Pune. From day one I am unable to receive SMS from overseas, and I lodged my complaint with Customer care 121 and sent an email to [email protected] on 4th December. UNtil now my problem has not been solved and I have had no response to my email. Everyday I have been calling 121, and the staff there tell me that the problem will be solved within 24 hours. I and my contacts have been put to unnecessary expense, and in all fairness Airtel should compensate.
