I lost my mobile last week, my no is 9902949352 this is prepaid connection of Air tel

i went also nearest customer care offfice, i gave my complaint

but so far i didnt get my new sim card of that no of 9902949352

i need it so kindly do the needful

let me know this case, either mail me or call to my temporarily no 9743056251
