This is Nagini, the customer of airtel. I have taken this sim before 2 months. It has 6 months validity.
Because of verification problem, you people disactivated my number.
If any thing I have to provide, you should tell… but you didn’t intimate anything.
Now if I consult airtel showroom people, they are telling that its not possible to reactivate.
How can I loss money which has spended for getting validity???
Really, worst worst customer service. How many times I have to go to airtel showroom???
Please, rectify my problem.
