Plannot changed

I'm a retailer..my plan was changed to lifetime..i reported this to my dealer, he said that in our area all retailer sim was changed to lifetime.and also he said that i report this problem to his superior..still after 3 months my problem is not rectified.rectify my complaint as soon as possible..(ALL RETAILER SIM WAS CHANGED TO A- A 10P A-O 50P) but mine not changed...
