Dear Sir,

With the great hope i m writing this complaint to you.

I had recharged my cell with Rs.1000 in month of June... and suddenly in last 4 days my balance which was above 800 went down to Rs.0, i was shocked to see that and wondered why this happen, i called there customer service (phone number:121 through my mobile) to help me out in this matter but i dint get positive reply and they ended up saying it was some scheme.i m not at all interested in any scheme from airtel.

I had been always recharging my cell with full talk time e-recharge, i asked airtel to refund my money regarding above matter and they denied for the same.

There are other problem with airtel services, they are deducting money by automatically activating services without customer consult, services like hellotune and spriritual tip etc... i think that they are forcefully trying to impose there shemes on customer.

Now this is become too much and unbearable, every time customer keep quite so i think management from air tel has become very careless about customers and are finding ways to lighten customers pockets, to make airtel profits..for which they can only get cursed by customer bcoz whatever we earn is through our hard work.

I request you to please take serious action regarding this note as there are many customers suffering and don't know where they should go and complain.

I m sure i have come to right place regarding my complain and hope for the best solution from you.
