Ill penalty

Bill No. 423754358 of Rs. 297.35 dated 24.2.2011 received on 7.03.2011 in which charged Rs. 50/- as Last bill period Late Fee. But till date I have not received last bill for my mobile no. 9601261467. Just now contacted local area Air tel Relation Centre and representative agreed to waive off the penalty of Rs. 50/- and accordingly I have paid Rs. 250/- by cheque. Air Tel is requested to wiave penalty and accept the the payment as full settlement of till date. In next bill penalty should not be charged.
