I have to the customer care for new offers in which the STD calls can be 1 rupee. He told me to do a recharge of 450, in which you can use 34 rupees voucher to make the std 1 rupee per minute. But after getting recharged i was not able to use the STD package (34 rupees).
when i asked them they told that we are sorry, such type of facility is not available on your mobile. Such type of worst advice ihave got from your customer care.can you help me in this problem. Is there any way so that i can use the STD package in my mobile.
