I lost my mobile phone with phone number 9740193869 this morning and have tried all day to contact customer service at 121, and 9845098450 to no avail. It is highly distressing that this conmpany is availabe only when there is money in it for them when we make a purchase of a sim card or telephone set, but is highly uncaring, irresponsible and unresponsive when it come to taking care of the needs of their coustomers or solving their problems. Will avoid them in future.
