Airtel live and GPRS not activated on sim

I have purchased a airtel life time sim in dehradun on 15 may.

i have requested customer care for activating GPRS or airtel live on my sim but yet i have not recieve any response from you. Every time i call 121 they said we will activate in 24 hrs n yet not activated as 1 week paas as if now.

Activate my account soon or i have to throw this sim n buy some other sim for using gprs service.

Iam not atll satisfied with this behaviour of yours and want my answer soon as possible.
