Without my knowledge AIRTEL activated Stardust package for my mobile number 9894631394. And they started to debit Rs.10 every ten days from my prepaid balance. I ve registered complaint three times and the so called "responsible customer care" told they ll deactivate it on first week of december. But with their prompt reaction again amount was debited Rs. 10 again from my balance on 24th december when i asked for the status the responsible executive told me to deactivate airtel live gprs facility without any reason. I deactivated that too.now too those irresponsible executives refuse to give proper reason for that and today 02-01-09 also am debited Rs.10.
I dont know what the hell these people are thinking. 70 % of the people are using airtel but still they dont value customers need means they dont deserve that much customers. Am going to register a complaint for that again and even after this if am not provided a solution then i ve to change my network to a better responding one. Loss of one customer like me wont be a big deal.. Soon i ll create a blog on this and see how much customers are having the same problem..
We are not earning to pay daily rental for message and unnessary service charges on recharges and these kind of government holiday charges for messages. Even after bearing all the inconveniences people are using the network and still they are adding burden with these package craps to the customers means they are awaiting a PROPER RESPONSE from us.
Lets unite for this issue. And who ever experience this problem send a chain of mails following this..
