First of all without any prior notice airtel activated a stardust pack on my mobile No. 9600135650. thrice i have asked your customer care executive to deactivate my stardust subscription pack. But no response. meanwhile stardust pack got renewed and Rs. 10 is getting deducted on my account each time, ending up with nil balance. I don't understand this. i warn you this time if stardust scheme doesnt get deactivated within 2 days, i would have to take a Legal Action against your company. I am sorry to say this. So expecting immediate response from your company.
