I am vijayakumar from madurai tamilnadu.i using our airtel prepaid mobile service for last 6 months from act 2007.my mobile number is 9789103928 which is coming under the 'six year' scheme.last fibruary 2008 i am not able to make outgoing calls from my mobile even i am having the balance of RS. 162.after one week i went to the madurai airtel head office which is locating at annanagar.they told me that your identy proof was not given.so you submit your identy proof and then after 24 hrs we are connect outgoing to your mobile.i immediatly submit my identy proof (four wheeler LLR xerox and photo, my native is madurai also for above 20 years) but after 24 hrs i am not able to make outgoing.during this situation last 19.03.2008 the incoming is also barred and simcard registration was failed.immediatily i send to this complaint to the same office, but there is no response to me i feel very lot. SO I WANT MY MOBILE NUMBER ACTIVATION BOTH INCOMING AND OUTGOING WITH THE REMAINING BALANCE (RS.162) AS SOON AS.
