Collection FEE for SIM card which is having Manufacturing Defects

Hi,

I am S.Akilandeswari. My Husband is using AIRTEL Prepaid Mobile Phone SIM.Once the mobile was stolen and we get a Duplicate SIM.

After 2 or 3 months when it is in usage (Nokia 1100), we get a information that "SIM Rejected". So we went to AIRTEL Showroom in Spencer Plaza (Winner Telecom). They replaced the SIM and charged 50 rupees we asked why we are getting this "SIM Rejected" message. They said some problem in usage of SIM.This happend in 16 November .(Mobile Nokia 1100)

Some days later that is 23rd November we just changed the SIM to LG KP500 model mobile. That time the mobile gets switched off and switched on continuously. We tried with other AIRTEl PREPAID SIM.That time and all it is working fine. So we guess problem in SIM and went for replacement. Again they charged 50 rupees. We asked him why you are charging for this as this is a manufacture defect. He never mind about our words. So we paid the money and came back. He said the new sim will get activated. But still now same problem persist.

Why they are not responding properly and why they are charging again and again when it is a mistake in manufacturing side??

We need our 100 rupees repayment for changing the card again and again.
